Second Circular: General Information

The Course will start on Monday October 1 and will end on Friday October 12. You are expected to arrive on Sunday September 30 and to leave on Saturday October 13. If you are participating only to the First week, you are expected to leave on Saturday October 6.  If you are participating only to the Second  week, you are expected to arrive on Sunday October 7 and leave on Saturday October 13. Each participant will be invited to deliver a short presentation (3 minutes) of her/his present research activity during the first afternoon; those delivering seminars will have 25+5 minutes (talk + discussion) according to the program.

In general (i.e., if not differently stated by you in your hotel reservation form), you have been booked full board accommodation in shared double rooms with twin beds from Sunday September 30 (check-in) to Saturday October 13 (check-out), or from Sunday to Saturday if you have decided to participate to only the First or Second week, at the:

Compilation and submission of the hotel reservation form (no later than September 10) are mandatory and no reservation is guaranteed in absence. In general, the Hotel expenses are on your side. For some participant, as previously communicate in your Acceptance Letter dated,  IIASS will partially cover Hotel expenses, directly to the hotel.

On Sunday September 30 dinner will be served at 19:30-20:00.
